Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Tags, labels, and protective seals must remain intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile payment, as cash refunds are not available.
- You must provide accurate refund details when requested.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of return approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

- Items without original packaging or tags
